With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Claire Harrigan is the driving force behind InstaStaff. As the Managing Director and Founder, Claire thrives on the dynamic nature of her role, where no two days are the same. Her passion for connecting with people shines through in her interactions with clients and candidates alike.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son and family. She is actively involved in a Gaelic GAA club and loves watching Gaelic football and hurling. A keen traveller and a dedicated Aston Villa fan, Claire also appreciates a good glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Sophie Wynn
Resourcing, Payroll & Compliance Manager
With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, Sophie Wynn is a key player at InstaStaff. As the Resourcing, Payroll, and Compliance Manager, Sophie has covered various sectors including warehouse, industrial, commercial, driving, and engineering. Her enthusiasm for her role is evident as she loves absolutely everything about her job.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys staying active at the gym, indulging in good food and wine, and attending bottomless brunches. She cherishes spending time with friends and family, making the most of every moment.

With over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Sonia has successfully navigated both temporary and permanent placements across multiple sectors. Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the nuances and demands of various industries. Sonia excels in connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Her keen eye for talent and her ability to match candidates with roles that suit their skills and aspirations make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Sonia is passionate about traveling and has lived in India for over four years, where she immersed herself in the local culture. She also teaches yoga, sharing her love for wellness and mindfulness with others.
